Any ideas guys, looks to be a distinctive circular hole in the brace just above the brake mounting hole. Cant place it though

Defo not a foxbat freestyler
They have an aero (teardrop) downtube and they don't have such a long headtube .....
Here's mine
No hole above brake bridge
Rear dropouts different
