Or, as a radical idea, instead of spunking £500 on one of these framesets, and opting out of/removing the lugs, why not just buy an old one? Just a thought

You will not pick up an old TA with mint chrome, perfect drops, no crushing on the brake bridge and no internal rust for anywhere near £500

I want an internal h/s, I want new geometry, I want mint chrome, I want to build it new scholl but, I don't want ugly looking V brakes on it when I can fit a cool looking pitbull, that works just as good, instead.

I think V brakes look fine on the rear...........shyte on the front but then it won't have that so all good with me

why go all new school and use a cap looking pitt bull? a V will look much better in my opinion.

I asked the question and just await an answer. I will be chopping them off anyways if the answer is a definate no, when I get one (if I get one

) as to me, they look absolute pants, regardless of who thinks or if they work better than any other caliper.

Time for Ed to chime in and resolve the matter. Ist tempting to think they may do some without the V mounts as the bridge has a brake hole but as its a prototype nothing is certain..... well apart from the fact that V brakes look crap and remind me of the cheap bikes you see in asda

You guys are just sounding old and fuddy duddy now. Why waste modern technology with brakes that don't work? Pitbulls are as ugly as v-brakes.

Just wait until somebody (JDB) finally produces the MX1000 v-brakes and they will look ace with the n/s Skyway T/A.

Christ it is a early picture, they only one I could find. They have also produced them in polished alloy.
