dynamix skate park in gateshead evey sunday 7pm to 8.15pm for over 25s biginers, people wanting to get back in to bmx or most are old gits that go  ( like me)  not to meny people go yet so get your self there, theres a foam pit aswel so thats good fun and plenty of ramps and quaters to try and get some air  


get you old school ride back out and have some fun!!!!!!!

they hire bikes out for £3 aswel if you dont fancy slamming your old ride on the floor and pink helmets

the times are 7.00 pm till 8.15 but if quite a few turn he keeps it open longer some times till about 9.30, there was only about 6 there last sunday so no need to feel crap with the kids watching

yes, when i first went it was on mi 24in 24seven dirt jump bike, use a bmx now tho

we spend most of our time just looking at the ramps and haveing a bit crack as we would just be on the floor aswel, mi mate is 45 and never had a bmx when he was a kid 2nd week he was there he did a back flip in to the pit    his neck was hurting for days

Ricco and rosa who run and I think own it are excellent, they could easily fill this time
With younger people but keep it for oldies and probably make no
Profit !! I love it when it's empty but it needs more people to keep the session open.
So get your arse off the settee and have a laugh !!
