Club Race Tuesday 9th October 2012-The Final race of the 2012 Summer Series
The gate up to the track will be open from 6.30pm.
Registration from 6.45pm
Racing from 7.30pm.
Medals for Formula 5 riders and Rider of the Night trophy.
All welcome!
Equipment available to borrow free of charge for anyone wanting to race.
Remember to pre-register for this race(if possible) to ensure it only costs £3. (£4 if you register on race night)
Pre-registering can be done by emailing Jeremy or Ian. This is more important if you are wanting to use a Club bike.
We are adapting the race night to ensure any technical glitches can be dealt with quicker:
• If you are borrowing helmet /and gloves queue at the container and collect these as normal along with your race form.
• If you are registering on the night, complete a form, get it checked and pay. You will then be given the form back.
• If you are borrowing a bike and already have your helmet and gloves, queue at the trailer. Give your name and you will be given the bike size you booked, and your race number will be added to the race form.
EVERYBODY must go to the van, give your race form entry form BEFORE 7PM.
UNLESS YOU HAVE GIVEN YOUR FORM AT THE VAN YOU ARE NOT SIGNED IN!!
• IF YOU BOOK A BIKE AND DO NOT COLLECT IT BEFORE 7PM THEN IT MAY BE MADE AVAILABLE TO ANOTHER RIDER.
• IF YOU HAVE NOT PRE_BOOKED AND NEED TO BORROW A BIKE WE WILL NOT ISSUE ANY SPARE BIKES UNTIL 7PM WHEN
WE WILL ASSUME ANYBODY NOT PRESENT IS A NO-SHOW.
