Arno,it's a bubble font chainring for use with flight cranks and as Rich said,think they were this esign until 85/6.I paid £50 for my last one which was in nice condition and 43t

Turn it to the side and we can see the teeth from the side and see the machining by the teeth. earlier ones are only machined on one side i believe

Value is subjective but around £50.00 i would say

Later as it has the machining on both sides of the teeth.

should get fifty on the bay less on here i reckon
