Can anyone please tell me the best way to strip chrome from a frame and fork set

The only way to do it is take it to a local chromers and get them to reverse the chroming process. My chromers charge me about £10 for a frame.

Thats actually a really good price, I was told that the cost would be similar to rechroming a frame?? Good job i didnt opt for that process where I live!! lol
