now i know i havent put he headset in yet, but too me theres one hell of a lot of headtube poking through the top of the stem,  5cm in fact....    ??? ???

Sam It looks like Matts stem is a bit thicker than yours Sam. Maybe a couple of spacers could be in need when you get it all up and running. It only looks as though the differance could be that between the two stems, not easy to tell until you get the cups in really.

Had it's first ride into work today, went well, the gearing is just about right. The new chain arrived this morning too so that'll go on later.  ;)
