Rick , you need one with a outside diameter of 30.2mm  ;)  our headsets we usually use are around 32.8 ish

This should do the trick  http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1-THREADED-BIKE-HEADSET-HEAD-SET-/280653184835?pt=UK_sportsleisure_cycling_bikeparts_SR&var=&hash=item41583bbf43

As daft as it sounds ,,,, Don't order the BMX one  . You need one of the first two in the description with the 30mm measurement .

Better still ... I was at Johns ( JTSmooth) the other week and im 99% sure he has some very nice NOS Tioga ones  8)  Send him a PM

If your struggling or unsure send me a PM :daumenhoch:

i will take up the size this evening... but there is way to much space between the cup and the headtube...  ???
Big bobbles ,no troubles

You need the road bike racer type 1 inch headsets for them from memory. Not sure what the difference is but I know for sure a Chris King will fit.  :daumenhoch:

Sizing if it helps? http://chrisking.com/specs/headsets_all

Yeah , they would do ... doubr Rick will want to spend Chris king money on the burner though  :D
Like i said he needs a cup size of 30.2 , the top nut remains the same at 1" ie standard old school BMX  :daumenhoch:

Speak to JTSmooth Rick ... he has what you need  ;)

If it helps, I've just bought a Peugeot CPX-50 16 frameset. I offered up the cups from an 80's raleigh burner and they were too big. I've just tried one of my three 25th anni headsets and the cups look like they will bash in no problem  ;)
