I always used Izumi or D.I.D apart from the terrible Kink moped chain phase.

I used one for a couple of years - ground the sh1t out of it and it lasted (was a 4-Jeri KMC)- admittedly weighed a ton, but weight wasn't where it was at in 98/99. Also had to saw the fooker to get it to size - broke a link remover trying to shorten it.

Broke mine too.Recently used a couple of these chains and had to use a hammer and punch to shorten them etc,took fookin ages!!!

moped chains were a really shit idea,
they look cool though....
