Guys a lot of you know that I just delivered a project for Haro to recreate the original Haro Freestyler frame and fork. I am about to push the button on a microsite dedicated to the project and allowing you guys to register interest in buying one of the 300 frames we had made. Keep checking back at www.harobmxhistory.com in the next 24 hours abd it should be live. Everything you need to know about the project is on the site.

In the mean time, we had an evening event with the riders and team past and present at Inter Bike in Vegas last week to celebrate the 30 year anniversary of the Haro Freestyler. Vital BMX covered the event, heres some shots from an awesome evening...

What do you guys think about the fact Bob Haro is now doing bmx bikes? 540 of them apparantly, ikonix or something like that, celebrating 30 years of freestyle he says.

I reckon they'll look good based on what I've seen so far, only the price puts me off (but I think they'll sell without too much trouble)

What's the script with the serial numbers? Are they just going to follow on from where they left off? Or will they have 2012 stamped on them?

They have a unique serial system although located in the right hand dropout. 300 have been produced, I was fitting decals on Monday before I flew home. They come in a nice presentation box with a foam insert and with my own screened decals (artworked fromn original set)and a DVD showing the manufacturing process. They are $995 each full cromo and produced in Santa Ana, California.
