would they not dye with dylon?
I'd try RIT or Dylon first, If it dont work then try the spray on method.
I might be wrong but im pretty sure RIT and Dylon won't touch plastics .... just nylon based stuff . Be good to see the results of this Griff

Ive found Dylon is getting harder to find nowadays (especially if you need multiples of the same colour) but RIT is still widely available if all else fails
