What do you think to this as a concept? No plans set in stone as yet, but they're looking for funding for a site in and around Manchester:

Its a good idea. I like the indoor ski domes too. I have anxiety and those indoor places with like minded folk and the enclosed security are brilliant. Plus it dont rain... Hope it gets funded!!

I'm sure last time I was at t1 they were talking about putting an outdoor dirt jump section to lead out through the doors where the new hip is , all under cover :daumenhoch:

The now defunct 'Ape' in Thornaby had a set up like that... didn't last long. Broken bones and snapped people as far as the eye could see.

You'd need someone to maintain them full time, lips and landings will be blowing out all over the place

Real trail riders probably wouldn't bother, either riding their own, or digging their own
