I picked up on a comment on the is it a cw luggage rack about the dropouts being Akisu made. Looking at certain designs of old school bikes, did they all get manufactured in certain factories and get stickered up?

Strangely, I think that most of the big factory's in the far east that make everyone's bikes are owned by Giant  ???
