My 96 Holmes

Almost finished building my 96 Holmes. The frame has it's original paint and decals.
Just need to get a polished 44T Profile Whippit chainwheel and a longer 3/32 chain then it will be finished.

Absolutely luscious. You are lucky to have an s&m with brake lugs welded on in more or less the right place so you can run the back wheel slammed forwards AND an ad990. Ive had issues with that in the past needing mods and compromise. What hubs are on there?

Cheers mate. The hubs are sealed bearing GT Mohawk flip flop hubs with alloy TNT hub collars.

Updated pics of the Holmes...
Now with 44t Profile Fireball chainwheel and a longer chain so I can run the rear wheel mid way in the dropouts.
Will change the chainwheel again once I locate a polished 44t Profile Whippit chainwheel.

Nah not this far south...The crocs are up north in the warmer parts of Australia.

Great looking bike Ben yet the pads and seat just look to new, leave them out in the sun for a month or two.

I took to filing down the inside of my 990's to run larger tires.
Now i can run 20X2.125 for a smoother ride.

Cheers mate. Yep it's a 1st gen ELF Zipback post. I got it for free off a mate who preferred a straight post on his bike.
