i fooked my chest up doing behind the head pressing and i cant get my arm above my shoulder without PAINNNNNNNNNNNN  :uglystupid2:.

deffo having a fresh start new year though once i get that 24" off egg.
gonna give that some stick for sure and bonus as i got more belly room with it too  :daumenhoch:.

Great night at our group home as always.... Had to leave early due to babysitters only working till nidnight and the wife is out on the lash in Manchester with her mates ;-(

Ride the shite out the new and frankly wicked mini ramp - check.

Tame new wall ride - check.

Get brother out of retirement and riding with a grin on his face again - check.

Take pish out of Monkeybumps Steve for turning up at T1 a week early - check.

Take pish out of Ed for.... Well just being Ed - check.

Top night - the Boardroom just rocks man.
