Resto for dummies
« on: September 12, 2012, 03:28 PM »
Right so I'm dipping my toe in here  :-\

I've never restored , stripped , repainted , rubbed down , synstryp'd, dyed or fook all . I'm dying (no pun intended) to give it a go  but

What do I need?
Whats the proven process ? Is there one ?
Way you guys work ?
Plan your build etc

Are there any stickies (or can we get some) that a novice really could work through and learn

Understand there are trains of though / diferrent opinions around process etc

What to do !!!!  :daumenhoch:

As Mike said fella, the stickies are at the top of the section you've posted this question in.......

In case it's a display issue on your pc, here's the link. Everything you need to know to get started is in here....
