Cables and rotors help

I have read quite a few threads regarding lubeing cables when using a rotor, can someone recommend some lube to use (waits for someone to type slide & glide ;D)

Remove the inner cables if possible. On non gyro units. And spray wd40 down the centre of the outer cable using the straw.
On gyro cables spray as much down each inner as you can get. Also spay all the joints.  :daumenhoch:

I pop some grease in the part of the cable where the two join to one too.

I use white lightening chain lube on gyro cables. It is a little more sticky then WD40 so coats them better and keeps them working smooth for longer. Spray lubes work well for a day or 2 but tend to not last nearly as long. Some grease in the join "capsules" is also a good idea.
