Blasting, Bleach, Scrubbing, will all do nothing to fix them. The reason they are dark is because the rubber compound in the sidewall has aged. Its not dirty or stained its the sidewall its self. Just leave them as is or you will only damage them further.

The kashi fusion seat is fookin rare to find. 
It doesn't surprise me as they were shockingly week.  Used to last a couple of weeks then they would be banana shaped. The viscount dominator was a much better saddle. But if your going for factory spec. Then it has to be the fusion.
