NUts, looks like my first graphites were standard tuff 2s with gold painted hubs lol

Why do you say that ? These are Gen 1 Graphs with campy hubs but the Gen 2's had "standard" style skyway hubs but in gold and stamped "graphite" there's even examples of the graphite stamped hubs in silver.

Last three sets of these have gone for

$510
and a set up for starting $2500 didn't sell.

I was told they were fakes as I bought them s/h but, the hubs were very smooth.
