What alloy cranks were avalible around 88ish

Or were 401's still avalible  ???
I might actually build a bike this year instead of just hoarding parts :)

Still single pinch full wrap redlines. Like Brummie said.
Or gt alloy, sugino cranks, peregrine flight cranks,  there were a few others. It depends what you want to put it on.  :daumenhoch:

You will be looking towards bullseye, profile, sugino, sr, gt power series,  or the redlines. If your rich then some cook brothers.  :daumenhoch:
I would think there are a fair few more around that era but I'm not a race bike man so I can't tell ya.  :LolLolLolLol: :daumenhoch:
