some will come by train others Car . Lord street is the main street so id say a bar someware on lord street i will reccy and report back soon.

At the end (ish) of the pier. That would be good to ride along . And the skate parks halfway down. We can sit and watch young boys again 

We went on the train from westhoughton, through Wigan, then a few stops later were there. 40 mins ish from mine.

Coming out of the station turn left on the shopping street, then right and straight down to Lord st. There's a park on the left that would be a good meeting point (it's near a pub)

there u go joff ticked every box in one go    ill go have a recce this weekend for an easy to find pub to start the day . some will come by Train some buy car , so probably best to find a pub with bear garden and possible rain cover
