I really hope to make MK in 2013, I was planning to go to MK2012 after Jaymz was telling me about it, and then I broke my wrist crashing my DK, so that put me out of bmx for almost all of the summer, deffo want to be there next year

We can't fix it until both the regional dates are fixed and then MK club confirms we can rent the track when we want it.

Hopefully someone knowledgable in the world of BMX racing can shed some light on when these things are confirmed before we have to go to print

Exactly, so I can't see you getting the MK13 date in the calendars Griff.

We don't even discuss the potential dates for a few months yet in the Admin/Moderator section.

Last year MK was August 18th / 19th... so are we saying this year 'could be' August 17th / 18th?

My wifes just told me she's booked our holiday ... "when?" says I... "August" ... "when in August?"

Yep, my wife has too Ed but thankfully it's only a long camping weekend so I can blast off to MK after the kids are up and fed. No racing for me though as I'll have to go back Sunday as soon as i'm sober enough to drive......

I'm not changing it as the MK date isn't set and i'd only bullseye the date again if either moved

well its not my fault... its the only week not booked for where Ju wants to go, where her parents are free as well, and then the kids go back the next week ... so thats the way it is.

There's still a bit of leeway to either call in on the way down, or on the way back if the date changes... but 'full immersion' i.e. snuggling up to Pickle in his tent, getting Mr Harris his morning tea, getting out of my face with Rob & Denzil on Friday & Saturday night then Show & Shine hang over is deffo out ... oh well
