After hearing that the hooped part on the Maplins bike stands were a bit too high ,
i had a quick look round youtube for ideas and came up with this
they work really well and cost about 20 quid for 3
what you need is
1x 3m length of 21.5mm solvent weld overflow pipe
8x 90 degree bends
4x T peices
cut yourself these sizes
4 x 165mm lengths for the uprights
4 x 215mm lengths for the width parts
4 x 185mm lengths for the leg parts
2 x 45mm bits to join the T's
and join em up as above glueing with solvent weld adhesive , but do it quick
