This, riders routinely get new bikes and change forks, bars, stem, cranks almost straight away and sell very cheap. I got some newish cromo 180mm race cranks for £10, brand new pair of Intense cruiser tyres for £15  :coolsmiley: . I'm on there every morning sniffing for bargains.

I'm on there every evening and this explains why I don't get the bargains :p

I know when I did my ankle playing rugby (mainly ligaments, small break) I was playing again quite soon but took a few years before it was fully stable and strong again. I used quite beefy ankle supports and/or strapping for years.
