Blindstuntman has one laced up on his cruiser and says there is a huuuge take up gap (from when you start pedalling to when it engages)
I dont know how this would be on a freestyle bike though?

uh oh. don't like the sound of that, although i think they supply various washers( ?) with it to adjust this.
maybe that's been done though and it's still slack?

i have been doing some research on freecoasters

it seems the nankai is the one to get

even though the geisha is very advanced, i keep reading about people with problems getting it to work right
no so much of a problem for flatland

not sure why you would fit one to a cruiser though!
