On the Beeb the BMX dates and times are as follows:

Wednesday 08 @ 14:55
Thursday 09 @ 14:55
Friday 10 @ 14:55 (Semi's and Finals)

It will be live on the red button, but if you have Virgin cable (I don't have sky but search for BBCOly channels) you can actually record the programes as they are on channel 550 on Wed and Fri and Channel 555 on Thursday.

Didn't look right at all, almost non BMX  :-\ :-\ :-\
One build a year, the only way to get it right. No rushing involved.

I must admit I haven't really watched the racing before. It was quite enjoyable and a couple of nasty offs made it interesting. Ouch!!!  ???

I did start to think it would be nice to see some classic trick jumps. A few turn downs, lookbacks, can cans etc just like fuzzy used to do back in the day.  :LolLolLolLol:

I think Roger R has his BMX set up to be like his 4X bike ie very long frame and disc brake etc.  Personally I think it's more 'BMX' than bolting your feet to the bike :police: :police: :police: :police:

Jeez, it's 2012 not 1982 guys.  I bet the riders would probably like to run flatties but if you're on flats and your opponent has foot-retention you might as well pack up your gear and go home.  (on a track where lots of pedalling is involved that is)

It's just as much an advantage when manualling and pumping. It's quite satisfying rolling round on an old banger of a bike with flats and beating someone on a ultra light bling bike who's clipped in  :daumenhoch:

I don't like them either TBH.  Had a few low speed crashes on my MTB because I've needed to put a foot down but was unable to clip out in time.  NOT COOL.   :LolLolLolLol:
