What hutch is this? pro racer perhaps?

alright guys, recently came across this in complete bike form, pretty sure I know all the other parts, just want to know what hutch this is, im more of a mid schooler so not to knowledgeable on old schoolers.

seller told me its an 83 hutch xl pro racer but want to make sure, also would like to know what these fetch if thats not against radbmx rules, of course if I sell it will be on here for members to have first dib dobs

ideal! looks like thats narrowed it down pretty well, any idea on what its worth? even though everyone hates that question
