i know this topic has come up a trillion times but i think ive found the answer     Clutch and brake cleaner  its fookin awsome quick spray and they slide straight on and solid in next to no time

WD40 or the chearer poundland stuff, good spray, slid on and leave to dry

  Stick a couple of sturdy zip ties through the grip.Slide the grip & zip ties over the bar then pull the zip ties out.
