Im living in Surrey now and just had our 2nd baby so getting up there for the 1st isn't going to happen.

Right, here's the latest I have on the lists and times etc. Can you check this is correct and let me know if not as I have to cover the minimum £150 hire so I would like to know if you're not coming

I'll be there from 8pm and if you want to arrive anytime from then till the official start at 9pm then you are welcome, but you'll riding with the great un-washed of Sheffield as it's open to the public. From 9pm they're out and Amy will open the roller shutter to keep the place cool, lock the gate and leave us there with the keys until midnight. If you arrive before 9 then the shop should be open if you need any drinks, or there's a Tesco garage 2mins away if not.
