Damaged fork threads

These forks have some thread damage do you think they are usable? can the threads be sorted or are they done for

Weld and recut threads. Any decent engineering place should be able to do it no problem

Sorry to be a little obvious, but have you tried to thread a headset top race down them? 

If it can be threaded, they are serviceable, surely?

Hi Clean, not got the forks. I am looking to buy them off a guy on the museum and they aint cheap so Im just trying to cover all options
