How do you remove the rivets on Tuff 2  and what do you use to refit hubs

drill out the unrivetted end of the rivet (there are definitely posts on here explaining this in detail - came up a month or two ago)
I use M4 threaded stainless steel studding and M4 stainless steel nylock nuts on my rebuilds.

Thanks now i can make a start on bleaching and dying tuffs from a very pale yellow / white back to yellow

cant you yus leave th alloy hubs in and grease them for protection see the how to section

Don't remove the rivets if you don't have to!
I had a pair of yellows in neat bleach for about 6 days. Just plaster the metal bits in grease and they will be fine. If they go a bit blackish don't worry as it polishes out.

one of the rear wheel rivets is missing so im going to totally refurb them ,
