There was an old school demenstration run at Daggers last week which was a laugh.

I doubt I'll bring mine to Andover though. I have enough old school practice at Hersden. "The Home of Old School"

its not that bad, flying fox is an old man that cant hack it anymore.
superfast 1st and 2nd straights, rythum 3rd then a roller sprint a bit then some triples to finish off.
