What Grease/Lub/Oil do you guys use for headsets and bottom brackets on your builds?

I have tried the red  Halfords teflon grease but found that it breaks down quite easily. I am now using finish line teflon grease, seems ok.

Wholesome, Nourishing Lard..... My staple diet as a kid with medievil grandparents. Did anyone else have to eat dripping sandwiches?
