What Grease/Lub/Oil do you guys use for headsets and bottom brackets on your builds?

Lovely synthetic bike grease. Works a treat, smells like poo.

i use a teflon based grease thats red, from halfords

I have tried the red  Halfords teflon grease but found that it breaks down quite easily. I am now using finish line teflon grease, seems ok.

BITD i used nothin but lard on me GHP, only trouble was if i spun the bars a few times i started feelin hungry

Wholesome, Nourishing Lard..... My staple diet as a kid with medievil grandparents. Did anyone else have to eat dripping sandwiches? ???

Oh i use Lithium grease  ;)
