Just don't have the love

Have you ever started a build then just lost the love or never had the love for it . Mine is a haro FST. I have most of the parts to build it but just can't seem to find the intrest or love to do it  well it may even end up in the for sale with all the parts

Yep, my DB Hot streak. Wanted one for a while, shipped it from the states, built up a few parts..... we are now seeking marriage counseling but it dont look good

Lol I think that's the way I will be going it was just a impulse  buy  not my thing I have never been a haro man TBH

i got an 85 performer here i done the same with.
bought bits for it but cant get no vibe off it.
ebay in a few weeks for a bit of holiday spending money i can see in its future

Did exactly the same with my FST.  Had everything for it but lost the love. Sold it and never regretted it.

If its not there, sell it.

  same here spent loads re-chroming a Sliverstreak with all new parts and now it's just in the way! Looks cool but is a total non rider, with it's nosness..

Yep, same with my Vincent Air Zone - bought it once, had everything, sold it.. bought it back, built it, and now I don't really have the love for it 

I think it's freestyle bikes in general. I like my race bikes and should stick to them.

Because my 125 headset is still wobbling on my TA I am quickly losing the love. Will replace it with a 320 I have and see if I can rekindle the flames.

my 81/3 Ripper. its been like this for the last 20 year, i bought it from a shop in manchester and i did not need to owt to it so it as none of my input. but if i swap the parts about i dont think it will have the same old school feel to it.

i've been having the same thought's over the last few days. got everything there just needs putting together but can get the mojo to do it. don't know if to put it together or part it.

Yeh felt exactly that way when I started a Hutch build?  Got the air for the tyres sorted then realised I could'nt afford the rest and at that point 'fell out of love with the overall build' 

ps...dont think I'll ever go back to it but the air is kept safe in the garage,just in case
