I have just bought a few old 80s bmx books, if anyone is interested I will scan a few choice pages and post them on here, but only if theres interest.....

Yeap i have recently scanned xmas 82 bmx weekly

theres a rather huge post in a thread some where of it
cos it has the HL turbo review

i'm lurking in the background in a couple of the pics in Spurdens freestyle book!
most of the pics in there were taken one cold new years day at a freestyle comp at Rom, 1983 at a guess??

i'm in the crowd with the No'2 on a Haro plate, KZ1,LG, Blue Tuffs & CW bars behind the plate, still got the bike now

i love the old books and mags i try to get one off ebay once a week when poss im waiting at the mo for a old bmxplus to arrive .I only buy old mags now .I buy ride now and again just too keep up.
