Been polished i think, i know they came in silver, but were silver anodised not polished or am i wrong?

Anyone can "polish" off a good original finish Lee, it's finding NOS stuff in the hard to get colours that adds value. You effectively vandalised a part for no good reason. Why?

Perhaps you could paint it back to NOS?

I don't see how a wrongly advertised auction on Ebay, then coming on here and calling a member an idiot is having a laugh. It reads like you were looking for some sympathy but got found out, it's backfired and now you're back tracking.

Can I take it that the stem was one purchased from Ebay member 'radb1ke', you gave it a little hand shuffle and stuck a nice price hike BIN on it to see if some unsuspecting person would buy it.
