Does it bug anyone else that all these new tracks are mostly tar or concrete? Just feels like BMX is getting less and less "motocross" by the day.

No... I know this is an old school site, but the clue is in the name of the section...new school :daumenhoch:

That's the Olyimpic track, it's a challenge. Hard and fast.

BMX has evolved. If you're that worried about BMX dying a tarmac death get to Hartlepool regional in September... it's getting flattened the next day and tarmac berms are on the new menu. Show some support for the six straight dirt monster.

Viva the revolucion  :-\

Boom bang bang boom...

This is now, 2012.  The best of the best.  Who cares about 20 years ago?  fook that

Trust me I dont lose any sleep over it  :LolLolLolLol:

But if Motocross and Supercross can still move forward and progress, with guys always getting faster, and tracks still getting bigger, while still being dirt... I think its funny that people think BMX needs to go tar or concrete to do the same thing.

I thought they initially made berm and other big sections from  tarmac ,  to keep maintenance down  ,eliminating the monotanous sweeping and building back  ?  ???
Not to make the sport faster  ;
Although it has  :)

Is that dirt jumps between the 1st and 2nd straights?

Maybe a dirt contest in the interval?

Or are they for the girls to practice?
