cheers guys

not sure on decals yet as the frame & fork's chrome is tarnished & marked and i want it to be a non restored bike so new decals prob wouldnt look right, maybe if i can make them look aged then i might get some

Looks nice kev - how about instead of original decals you pop a load of contemporary one's on (like Poorboy etc).

*Looks guiltily at frame having once cut the integrated seatpost off one*

not into stickered covered bikes so it will be none or just the zima decals :daumenhoch:

why did you do that! and what the fook did you use as a seatpost?

Fair play :) Wasn't my frame/forks - was an old mate back in Bournemouth in the 90's who got the Zima secondhand off someone down Slades Farm and he wanted a slammed seat - I had a house with a shed & vice, so out came the hacksaw.....he had an ally mtb seatpost that I sawed two slots down and he wedged it. Left the hacked off seatpost in the shed when I moved out - so if anyone lives down Calvin Road near the b-ball courts, have a look in your shed - there's a bit of a Zima in there ;)

pa's are at the powder coaters so once they come back the profiles can come off the mk3 holmes and go on the zima, may have the super pro hubs sorted (edit. still need some super pro hubs :'() just need a set of pedals

Nice build! I did a Blue Peter job on the decals for mine...I suspect the original ones were too.  2 layers of signmakers vinyl cut with a scalpel, job done  :daumenhoch:
