Got this back from Dan yesterday.  Candy Red which is a lovely finish, not obvious from the pics.  It actually looks almost anodised with like a class over coat.  Anyone with a Candy finish will know what this looks like in the flesh but its difficult to show on screen.

Decs are by Mr Del..

Ignore the bubbly finish on the rear brake mount - does not exist in real life.

Couple more pics here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/punkdisco/sets/72157630144953110/

Not sure when I will be building this as zero money at the mo..

Big thanks to Dan and Del.  As always, it was a pleasure..

Paul

Sixteen thirty-two. What is that? A year?   No, it's your top score on Pole Position.

hehe - I was going to ask if anyone could guess where I stole the decal design from..  The thing is, I hate the dull "Falcon Prostyler" decals and the Vector Freestyler caught my eye.  I know I have broken a few restro-rules with these decals but, they do still say "Falcon" and "Prostyler" so hopefully I'll only get a caution off the Old School Police..

Yeah, my thoughts exactly.  White frames do/can look lovely and I have one at the mo but, they do represent the obvious choice.  Clearly if you are going for authenticity and the original was white (very often the case) then you have no choice.

btw, if anyone fancies a Prostyler, this one has a BIN of £150 and looks freshly powdered:

thanks all,
