Hi - I am starting to use this site and thought I would come in here and say hello. It's been a while since I've been into BMXing but my nephew got one for Christmas and this kick started me getting back into BMX - although it's still old school for me. I got my first BMX in very early eighties (I think it was 1980) and it was a Team Murray from Halfords. This was at a time when all my mates were knocking around on grifters and choppers. It wasn't the most glamorous of bikes but I loved it and was hooked on BMX. Father Christmas then bought me a Diamond Back Silver Streak in either 82 or 83 (it was a long time ago!) and I don't remember getting off that bike for the next 3 years ! We spent most of our time either tearing up Dartford heath or at the BMX track in Barnhurst, Kent. How I wish I still had that bike now ! Anyway enough of my ramblings about my yester years - I'm hoping to get to MK this year and meeting people. Great site and thank you for letting me join. Cheers.
