S&M did 4 piece bars, Think they were Castillo bars or something, I could be confused.
Nearly forgot - the pegs look like Hoffman Hardy pegs, although there were a load of generic copies of em in the late 90's.

Whats the serial number on the frame Lucas? It's on the bottom bracket. There should be a letter = month (ie a= January, b=february etc), then 5 numbers - the first two = the year

im not 100% from the pictures but looks like a copy
It's defo not a heavy tools they had a flat plate behind the seat tube that joins the platform but I maybe wrong?
