Its not proving to be as straightforward as that!! The foam is quite stiff so is hard to manipulate. Im soaking the foam in hot water now but its still really tight... >:(

Don't put the foam on when the grip in on the bars, iirc you really need to do them off of the bars so that the inner sleeve is more pliable and also I think I had to put the inner sleeve in hot water too to make that even more pliable too.

What Marty says with a bit of washing up liquid thrown in.
It will all rinse off and dry out ok.

Ive soaked the foam but its still stiff. And yes Im attempting it not on the bars!

Ill try including washing up liquid. 

Plus one is longer so Ill have to trim it. F*cking stupid things  >:(

I have no idea if it will work, keep the temp low and watch them every second. Sounds a little risky TBH..

soak the grips in hot water first Rich,then lube up the foam with washing up liquid or WD40! :daumenhoch:
