Ever asked yourself if you just have to many stuff

Well as we are moving to another house soon   i am sorting and cleaning out  my shed and garage

i moved all my oldschool stuff  to another place   just to get thyat stuff apart  from the rest when we move
today  i moved the last stuff and looked in to the spare bedroom i put all my bikes and projects , and parts  and clothing in   

i thought 
i think i am gonna sort my stuff and bikes and  going to cut down my collection to a few rare bikes and clothing  that i always wanted

Last time I moved house (2006) I had a transit full of just BMX stuff.

Here are some of the complete bikes I had at the time, ready to be loaded.
All the frames. wheels, half complete projects etc were all packed into boxes

Yeh happy days.
Most are sold now.

Last year when my wife fooked off I sold almost all my possessions to keep up with the bills.
It actually felt quite good to get the stuff shifted.
And it meant I didn't have to sell my arse, despite Hunterdubber's numerous kind offers.

I'm 'only' allowed 3 BMX bikes to go with our 2 mtbs and the 2 Dutch bikes I was given. Trouble is I also have a weakness for trainers and the vinyl collection has given 2 people bad backs when we've moved house

I have a ton of records in the attic, but am currently using 2 Numark CDX turntables to satisfy my need for scratching and juggling.  And they aren't those little gay jog wheel cd decks - full size with a full size record on. Exact same feel but no tone arm to smack off.

Not as bad as one a week (any more) but still got about 7 pairs unworn  have been trying to thin them down a bit since it got silly and my bro didn't have to buy any for about 4 years

Would still love a pair of adidas ostrich keglers and Nike omega flame tho

Yup I know I have way too much stuff, I have a large warehouse and it's part full of BMX stuff, vintage bike parts, car parts, vintage signs, tractor parts etc etc  really need to get it all sorted and some of it sold off as thers some seriously nice and rare stuff in there.

so gonna part them out   in a day or so

 I think it's healthy to have a clearout (and gets the missus off your back) plus it gets all those old school parts back out there that people have been longing for,kind of keeps it fresh.

Couldn't agree more, I have too much stuff finally getting it together to sell anything not haro orientated this year, my loft is Full, its all gotta go to people that will use it for their builds
