The Thruster I have recently aquired from the parents of a good friend from my childhood who died prematurely in his 20's

I'm a little confused by this whole thread.......i thought the original meaning was to post up bikes either finished to original spec (with old bits and not repop) or bikes that were survivors in original spec.

It's a class bike that

and was the first aluminium frame welded up by Bill Bastian, the front half is pretty much the same as the AAA Rascal and then the Cycle Pro Foiler

My gen3 Haro Sport

Nothing messed with or changed since it rolled out of the shop back in 84

The lads it was apparently had it this way from the shop back in 84 , i assume the factory spec white z's were swapped for the skyways either by the shop or at the request of the new owner . We are trying to find out what it was, if we can contact the og owner . Everything else is total factory spec , down to the blue 84 DC cable , the Haro stamped seat , anlun chainring/disc,gold bolts and the cheng shin snakebellies .

It is in great condition , a few scuffs to the decals and a few surface scratches to the paint .

Looks like the dropouts haven't seen any action , or movement since new

Chainring shows little sign of use aswell .....

Love this bike

and it's staying exactly how it is
