Afternoon,

i was on the hunt for some green 85 skyway forks for a long time as i managed to buy a nos frame from the usa but alas no forks. there pretty hard to get hold of on there own...i was the winning bid on another frame and fork set on ebay and as a bonus came with some mark 1 ez bars and bits of a spinmaster...so then i thought "might as well just build another one" and thats what i have started doing. im going with the green and black look with a hint of chrome. its a bit of a budget build

, ive got a pair of chrome 901's that im going to use and some black tuff II's. Decals are by the legend that is Del, i did try some black TA stickers but the quality wasnt all that. i will update as soon as, going to get the BB pressed in on saturday and hopefully my other bits will arrive soon. ...cheers.

Thanks mate, beats are my favorite... When I first got the bars I was a bit dubious of what they were but when Brummie confirmed they were ez 1's I was well chuffed... My other beat cost me a lot what with customs and postage from the u.s but I got such a good deal on this it's kind of balanced it out

i am on the hunt for a laid back seat post at the mo...but until i find one i want its staying. i thought snakes on a plane was ok

Cheers mate, BB is getting pressed in tomorrow and hopefully my crank get here as well... ive seen quite a few beats with spokes...me personally i will always use Tuffs.

Well not much of an update but today ive cocked my fork decals up so i need to order another set (it wouldnt be right if something didnt go wrong)...downtube decal is on and looks sweet(thanks Del). Stripped and degreased my brake calipers , freewheel on the mag and tyres on.(still deciding whether to use all black tyres or amber walls)...

Afternoon Radsters!!...hope all is cool.
thought i would do a quick update...bb is pressed in but my crank never turned up

swapped the tyres for some amber walls to see what they look like and have fitted the brakes. Pretty happy with it so far bar the gap between my top headset cup, it wont tighten anymore?

but i will sort that out....i have a black chain but thinking possibly chrome but once my crank arrives and the chainring is on i can decide. have a good one, cheers Jay.

Gap- any ideas, maybe just a different cage size?
