Couple more bits for the GJS.  You dont see many of these Magnesium clamps about.  Not sure I can go through with opening the bag and mounting it  :-\

 :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:

I'm sure you don't need those grips  :LolLolLolLol:

Great find, on both items. Cant wait to see that GJS. Your builds are always top drawer.

Cheers.  Thinking of starting a build thread for it on here.  Loads of nice bikes  popping up on social media but we don't get to see the process anymore on many of them.

After the blue OGK Mach grips I bought were delivered to Texas by mistake I had been keeping my eyes peeled for some others. Some nos pairs turned up on the bay listed by an American seller of motorcycle parts. I thought they were loose but they arrived today sealed in the original packaging. They are in great shape better than the pics used in the listing. They are black but I've changed my colour scheme on the 70's build they are being used on. These came in cheaper than the blue and all other available nos pairs, so I would class that as a result.

Low end French does it for me ! 😂

Sounds like a result (so long as they're sized for BMX not motorbike bars)! :daumenhoch:

These ↓↓↓ have just arrived. Small but perfectly formed. :D

Recently picked these up.  NOS GJS clamp with all the bits and instructions and the very elusive GJS bars.  Think these are about the 4th set to ever surface.

Back to the old school for me.

Always wanted a Minigoose, and here she is. Couldn't resist, so bought this 84 today. Another French purchase.

Cool jersey, maybe I should buy some smaller items instead of bikes and frame sets. I bought the Minigoose out of disappointment after my Sjappi build went tits up. I have most of the parts ready for a period correct non spec build.

Bikes and frames are definitely more fun! I have an old school build on the back burner but that doesn't stop me looking at other potential projects! Likewise new school race builds, another of which I really don't need but can't stop looking for!! :uglystupid2:

This little lot arrived from the States today but man, eBay's global shitting program or whatever it's called is slow as fook!! At least they arrived, I suppose! :daumenhoch:

The problem right now is the USA. Their postal system is on its knees. Not going to get political over it, as I'm sick of it all but yeah one bloke to blame....

I bought a SE Quad 24 in 2017 using that and it arrived within a week. Nice part was all of the fees were paid, so no pissing around.

I know the USPS is not as good as it was but I think it's still okay. I've had things sent here (Japan) that have arrived within 10 days or so, which isn't too bad, and have just had a race shirt delivered across the States (Utah to Colorado) in just a few days. The problem I've had this time is with ebay's part of the journey. According to the tracking for these parts, they left ebay's global export facility on 15th July and arrived in the destination country on 13th August! What did they use to fly it here - a bloody pigeon?? :2gunsfiring_v1:

This came up for sale tonight so I grabbed it fast. I've got my mid school build but I've gone for something race. I've always wanted one of these. It's a bit tatty but cool as heck. I don't know if it's a junior, expert or pro yet. Not too bothered to be honest, it was cheap I reckon. I'll research the serial number and hopefully find out before it arrives.

I hope you're a patient man Mick. It's about 5 builds away  :daumenhoch:
3 have been started and the other two are boxed and waiting.
Yes, I'm questioning my sanity too  :idiot2:
I couldn't let the Cannondale pass me by though.
