Got these today, as you can see they weren't a kings ransom and actually cost more in shipping.
Wanted some for a couple of year now for my E.T.
This seller started putting them up over a year ago but i couldn't contact him through ebay on the pc for some reason, i tried on the mobile app and i could and he would ship 
As a kid i wanted an E.T. after seeing the film.
On seeing the film once and viewing the bikes for how many mins/secs, a real E.T. to me will always be the one they released to market the film. The one i spent hours drooling over in the action bike and bi weekly adds.
No one owned one near me so when i built mine it had to have comp 3 tread tyres like the add.
As kuwahara used irc i always took it the add bike ran IRC too, their comp 3 been these.
Suppose i could ask howey really but no mind, my E.T. will now be sporting Comp3 IRC that are era correct for my bike getting it closer to the dream i had of owning bitd.

My first venture into NS

Havent got the heart to sling my babies into foam pits etc, so thought I'd see what these new fangled bikes are like, hoping to try out a board park soon

Saw those last year too Glynn, only listed on US Ebay  

He shouldn't have NOS in the title though and I know you are a stickler for era correct like me 

IRC still make tyres  so these aren't old stock , if you look at his feedback he's sold 42 pairs  in the last 12  months 

They're cheaper than repop yellow labels though
