When all your bikes are built. You ride them daily, but are missing the building, but cant afford a new build.

I WANNA PLAY WITH MY SPANNERS!!! AND I'M MISSING THE CHASE OF FINDING PARTS :(

I've just sold 2 of the unloved ones to fund a new one that i've been after for a few years.

The new one needs work but the fun is in the restoration and building rather than the looking.
One build a year, the only way to get it right. No rushing involved.

I've stripped and rebuilt them all. I think its more the excitement and chase of a new build that I'm missing, the excitement of parts in the post when you get home from work, tearing open NOS packaging, the smell of NOS air wafting out!!!

I cant sell any as they all have their place and they all get ridden, 2 old school, 2 mid school, 2 new school.

2 New school? Surely you can let one of them go to make space for an oldie?

I'm also into the GHETTO BLASTERS so when i'm waiting on parts to turn up at a price i can realistically afford or waiting for some thing to happen with the BMX's - i clean a sort the boom box's - helps to switch between the two

but i have enough bmx parts to resto and clean / polish / fix, that i never really get a chance to sit and wait  ::) ;D
