Wrong dropouts for a Champion as it is a looptail and Champs aren't.  Wrong style of extra frame bar for a Thruster and that it is a 26" which Thrusters didn't make.

Looks like an SRE cruiser to me.

Sawzall had a 20 " that looked similar,not sure about the dropouts though.
